Brown Brother's blast in the park

The brother's battle continued at Oulton Park

Race one

Sitting close with Robert 17th and Daniel 14th on the grid, got the brothers fired up and ready for some fast paced action at Oulton Park. Robert fought hard early in the race, claiming positions fast with a vision of passing Daniel, sadly Roberts desire ended with a visit to the tyre barrier at Shell hairpin. Daniel pushed through the pack taking four positions off the line due to an incident, then carving his way to 7th by the end of lap one. Due to a race stoppage, Daniel restarted in 10th and reclaimed 2 positions finishing 8th.

Race two

With a shaken Robert parked at 20th and positive Daniel in at 12th the brothers fired up once again. Robert started out a bit edgy, but soon reclaimed his confidence to take two positions finishing 18th on track and no incidents. Daniel held 12th position for lap one, but due to a few handling problems had Daniel finishing 16th, making this his lowest finishing position this year.

Robert and Daniel are looking forward to the re-visit at Brands Hatch, Daniel commented " I will be looking to challenge the front runners at Brands " and Robert added " Competed a few times at Brands, so check your mirrors Danny boy "
