Battle of the Brown's Brown brothers shootout at Donington Park Robert and Daniel Brown fired up the MOMO - FPA cars ready for battle on the 13th of April at Donington Park. With mixed qualifying from the brothers on Saturday the tension mounted on the track, with both brothers contemplating their single-seater debut! Races 1 and 2 gave Robert and Daniel some fast paced action on the straights at Donington, with Daniel finishing 9th and 14th - Robert finishing 17th and 21st.Daniel was geared up for race 3 starting in position 15, one by one Daniel attacked each position with some breath taking moments to finish 9th. Robert managed to hold his position throughout this race and was happy to finish 22nd without any problems on the day. Daniel was awarded the Performance Friction Cup for best single-seater rookie race finish (for his 9th places).
Photography by James Bearne Robert and Daniel are looking forward to racing at Brands Hatch in May, which is a favoured track by both and considered home ground. Brands Hatch should prove to be an exciting showdown between the Brown's, both have past experience of the track - Robert in the 2007 Renault Clio Cup and Daniel in the 2007 T-Car championship.
